Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products Exemption QuixBook deals exclusively in legitimate, authorized digital software licenses and hardware-tied authorizations. Due to the digital nature of these products, standard physical return policies do not apply.

Eligibility for Refunds We issue refunds or replacements under the following specific circumstances:

  • Defective or Non-Working Keys: If a license key fails to activate the corresponding software through official methods, we will provide a direct replacement or a full refund upon verification of the error.

  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your license via email within the specified 1 to 3-hour window and our support team cannot resolve the delivery issue.

Non-Refundable Conditions Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • The software license has already been successfully activated and bound to your hardware/account.

  • The customer changes their mind after the license key has been securely dispatched via email.

  • Software incompatibility with the customer's operating system (please verify system requirements prior to purchase).
